Classic Cotton T-Shirt – Variable Product Demo

A classic cotton T-shirt created as a sample Variable Product for the ShopCraft Standard Edition demo store. Customers can select their preferred color and size before adding the product to the cart.
This is a fictional demo product created to demonstrate how to add a Variable Product in the ShopCraft Standard Edition custom PHP website.
The T-shirt is available in four colors and three sizes. Customers can choose the required color and size from the available options and view the selected variation before adding the product to the cart.

Variation Structure
The product uses two attributes:
• Color
• Size
The system can generate separate variations by combining the available color and size values.
For example:
• White – Small
• White – Medium

• Red – Small
• Red – Medium
• Red – Large
• Blue – Small
• Blue – Medium
• Blue – Large
• Black – Small
• Black – Medium
• Black – Large
Sample Regular Pricing
The following prices are examples for demonstration only:

The store owner can assign the same regular price to all variations or set different regular prices for different colors and sizes.
How to Add This Variable Product
Step 1: Add the Product
1. Open the admin panel.
2. Go to Manage Products.
3. Click Add Product.
4. Enter the product title:

5. Select the relevant product category.
6. Select Variable Product as the product type.
7. Add the product description and short description.
Step 2: Add the Color Attribute
1. Open the Attributes section.
2. Add an attribute named Color.
3. Add the following values one by one:
o White
o Red
o Blue
o Black
4. Save the attribute values.
Step 3: Add the Size Attribute
1. Add another attribute named Size.
2. Add the following values:
o Small
o Medium
o Large
3. Save the size values.
Step 4: Generate Variations
1. Open the Variations section.
2. Select the Color and Size attributes.
3. Click Generate Variable Products or the available variation-generation option.
4. The system will create variations by combining the selected color and size values.
5. Review the generated variations.
Step 5: Add Details to Each Variation
Open each variation and enter the required information, such as:
• Color
• Size
• Regular Price
• Stock Quantity
• Product Image
• Availability Status
• Other available product details
For example:
White – Small
• Color: White
• Size: Small
• Regular Price: $15.00
• Stock: 50 pieces
Blue – Large
• Color: Blue
• Size: Large
• Regular Price: $15.00
• Stock: 50 pieces
The same process can be repeated for all color and size combinations.
Step 6: Save the Product
1. Confirm that all color and size values are correct.
2. Check that the required variations have been generated.
3. Add the regular price and stock information for each variation.
4. Upload suitable images if required.
5. Save or publish the product.
Customer Selection Before Adding to Cart
After the product is published, customers can open the product page and select:
1. Their preferred color.
2. Their preferred size.
The selected variation and its regular price will be shown before the customer adds the product to the cart. This allows the customer to review the selected color, size, price, and available product information before placing the product in the cart.
Standard Edition Pricing Notice
The ShopCraft Standard Edition uses regular product and variation pricing. It does not include Role-Based Pricing or quantity-based Tier Pricing.
All customers will see the regular price configured for the product or selected variation.

This is a fictional demo product created to demonstrate Variable Products, product attributes, attribute values, variation generation, color and size selection, variation images, stock information, and regular pricing in the ShopCraft Standard Edition.
