Modern Laptop – Variable Product Demo

A modern laptop created as a sample Variable Product for the ShopCraft Standard Edition demo store, demonstrating color variations, regular pricing, product images, and stock information.
Product Description
This is a fictional demo product created to demonstrate how a Variable Product can be added and configured in the ShopCraft Standard Edition custom PHP website.
The laptop is available in two color variations:
• Silver
• Rose Gold
Each color is configured as a separate product variation. The store owner can add a different image, regular price, stock quantity, and other available product information for each variation.
How to Add This Product
1. Go to Manage Products.
2. Click Add Product.
3. Enter the product name: Modern Laptop – Variable Product Demo.
4. Select Variable Product.
5. Open the Attributes section.
6. Create an attribute named Color.
7. Add the values:
o Silver
o Rose Gold
8. Save the attribute values.
9. Open the Variations section.
10. Generate the variable products using the Color attribute.
11. Open each variation and enter the regular price, stock quantity, product image, and other available details.
12. Save or publish the product.
Customer Experience
Before adding the laptop to the cart, the customer can select the preferred color. After selecting Silver or Rose Gold, the corresponding variation details and regular price can be displayed before the customer adds the product to the cart.
Standard Edition Pricing
This demo uses regular variation pricing only. ShopCraft Standard does not include Tier Pricing or Role-Based Pricing.
