What is ShopCraft?

ShopCraft is a multipurpose e-commerce template that helps a business build an online store around its own products, brand and industry. It comes in two editions: Standard for catalog and inquiry-based selling, and Pro for full online commerce.

Is ShopCraft limited to one type of product?

No. ShopCraft is designed for different industries and product categories. You set the store up around your own products.

Are the products on this demo website for sale?

No. The products, images, prices, descriptions and categories shown here are sample content created for demonstration purposes. They are not products sold by ShopCraft.

Can I replace the demo content with my own?

Yes. The demo is only a starting example. You can replace the products, images, categories, prices, descriptions, logo, colors and business information with your own.

Products & Catalog

Does ShopCraft Standard support Simple Products?

Yes. A Simple Product has one SKU, one price, one stock figure, images, a category and a description.

Does Standard support Variable Products?

Yes. Variable Products can use Material, Size, Color, Type and additional attributes. Each variation can have its own SKU, price, stock and photo.

Can I create my own attributes?

Yes. In Products → Attributes you can add your own attribute values and arrange their order. They are then used in product options and variations.

Can I organise products into categories and subcategories?

Yes. Standard supports main categories and subcategories, category images and banners, category display options, and showing or hiding a category.

Can I add several photos to a product?

Yes. Each product can have a main image and a gallery, and each variation can have its own photo. You can also add image title and alt text. Uploaded images are converted to WebP with thumbnails automatically.

Does Standard support product SEO?

Yes. Each product has a URL slug, meta title, meta description and keywords. The site also creates an automatic sitemap.

Can I import products using CSV?

Yes. Standard supports bulk product CSV import and export, single-product CSV import and export, stock CSV import, and orders CSV import and export.

Inventory

Does Standard support inventory management?

Yes. It includes stock quantities, stock per variation, shared (pooled) stock, reorder points, reserved stock, an inventory overview, stock history, stock CSV import and inventory reports.

Pricing & Currency

What pricing does Standard offer?

A regular price and an optional sale price for each product or variation, controls for showing or hiding prices, and one base currency for the whole store. Products or variations without a price automatically show Contact for Price.

Does Standard support Role-Based Pricing?

No. Role-Based Pricing is a Pro feature.

Does Standard support Quantity / Tier Pricing?

No. Quantity (tier) pricing and the Bulk Tier Pricing tool are Pro features.

Does Standard support Multi-Currency?

Standard uses one base currency that you choose for the store. Multi-currency and the currency switcher are Pro features.

Ordering, Quotes & Shipping

How does ordering work in Standard?

Standard uses an inquiry-based workflow instead of online checkout:

Does Standard support Inquiry-Based Ordering?

Yes. Customers add products to the cart and send an inquiry — no account is needed. The business reviews it and confirms the price and shipping.

Does Standard support Request for Quote?

Yes. The business can send a quoted total and notes to the customer by email, and can update and resend the quote if the price changes.

How does a customer accept a quote?

The quote email includes a Contact Us button, and the customer confirms with the business directly. Standard has no customer login and no online “accept” button.

Does Standard have online checkout, and can customers pay online?

No. Online checkout and payment gateways are Pro features. In Standard, payment is arranged directly between the business and the customer after the quote.

Does Standard support shipping?

Yes. After receiving an inquiry, the business sets the shipping cost on the order. Automatic shipping calculation (zones, weight, dimensions, classes, free-shipping rules and multiple couriers) is part of Pro.

Does Standard include customer accounts, a wishlist, product comparison or bulk/quick order?

No. Customer accounts, wishlist, product comparison and bulk/quick order are Pro features.

Does Standard support product reviews?

No. Product reviews and ratings are not part of ShopCraft Standard.

Store Design & Content

Can I change the logo and colors?

Yes. You can set your store name, tagline, logo and favicon, and choose theme, navigation and footer colors.

Can I change the homepage layout?

Yes. Standard includes five homepage layouts, each with its own settings.

Can I create custom pages?

Yes. You can create pages such as About Us, Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy and choose whether they appear in the menu or the footer. The Contact Us page is built in.

Can visitors read the store in other languages?

Yes. Visitors can pick a language from the menu in the header (English, Urdu, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Chinese or Hindi). The translation is provided by Google Translate.

Can customers contact me on WhatsApp?

Yes. A WhatsApp button can be shown on every page with a ready-made message.

Standard vs Pro

What is the difference between Standard and Pro?

Standard provides the core product-catalog and inquiry experience. Pro adds advanced features such as role-based and quantity pricing, multi-currency, online checkout and payments, customer accounts, advanced shipping, bulk ordering, POS, automation and integrations.
